I love splitting up my lean and green meal. I usually have a salad with tomatoe then meat when I get home from work.
I have been on it for 6 weeks and have lost 34 pounds.

You split up your meal? There's a thought I hadn't taken into consideration! Spreads it out a bit farther, and I always find myself a little hungrier in the evening.
Yes, I always feel hungry when I get home from work. I like to cook something while I make my son something to eat. The emotional feeling of being left out.
I read on the message boards other people split up their meals. I just try to do what works for me not wanting to cheat. I am searching for those noodles now!
