I just started today is day three. I'm strugling in late afternoon and evening.Dealing with being hungary and slightly light headed but, oh my goodness am I crabby. Like PMS but that is NOT the issue.
good luck you can do it!! chug your water and do something to distract you like paint your nails or go for a walk :)
thanks it's getting better
Today is day 4 for me!! I am kind of crabby as well. I snapped at my SIL tonight. Yesterday and today I felt kind of run down. I will pray for you and you pray for me. We can do this.
It's now day eight and I feel better. Not so crabby. I've lost 8 pounds even with cutting my exercise routine way down. I plan to do before pics and measurments today

Hello! This is the first time I have ever left a message on something like this, but I figured it was worth a shot. I am on my second day of medifast. I have 40 pounds to lose, and was wondering how important the lean and green meal is.
My mom did Medifast several years ago after she gave birth to my younger brother, and at that time - the program involved strictly the shakes. It worked for her then, so I'm wondering if that is still acceptable. I'm very busy (hence the reason this will work well for me) and NOT a fan of cooking (hence the reason my dinners have always been cereal or pizza allowing me to gain 40 pounds!). I think I'll be able to do well on the 5 shakes alone. I KNOW, I KNOW... I'll have to be very careful and patient during the maintenance period, but for now... will it slow my weightloss NOT doing the meal??
I'm not sure. Do you have a coach to ask? or maybe the nurse line? I love to cook so I look forward to the meal. You could do some made a head simple things like tuna or chicken salad. The few thins we can have make this pretty basic. Bagged salad and 6oz of fat free chesse. I have made alot of egg beater omelets with veggies. Just ideals

Those feelings will soon pass. takes about a week of that then you'll have so much energy it will be difficult to "sit still". good luck!!
